This service is door to door and your delivery will be left in a secure place if no one is home however, your place of work can be a preferred option if you know you won't be home.

If you are a rural delivery customer shipping is still free however please allow 3+ days delivery.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and Fashionlife is satisfied with the integrity of the order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Should there be a dispatch delay for any reason you will be advised immediately.

Refunds will be issued by the same method as to which the purchase was made once condition approved.

FAULTY ITEMS
Fashionlife makes every effort to carefully examine each item before it is prepared for shipping. An item is deemed to be faulty if received damaged or where a manufacturing fault has occured.
