Fashionlife is a trading name for Fashionlife Ltd. “We” or “fashionlife.co.nz” or ”Fashionlife” provides the website www.fashionlife.co.nz and offers fashion goods and accessories for sale. The following Terms and Conditions shall apply in the latest version to all orders and contracts made by Fashionlife and the consumer/customer. No subsequent agreement in any way altering these Terms & Conditions shall be binding on fashionlife.co.nz unless made in writing and signed by an authorised employee of Fashionlife Ltd.

Product Presentation

All goods on our website www.fashionlife.co.nz are presented in a true-to-life manner to the greatest extent possible. Due to different settings or performances of computers or printers images can and may differ from the real appearance. Consistency cannot be guaranteed by Fashionlife.

Stock

Although every effort is made to ensure product displayed for sale on the website is accurate, there can be instances of discrepancies due to processing of updates. The presentation of goods on the website is not a binding offer and in the instance of incorrect information shown, Fashionlife reservies the right to cancel the order.

Payment & Security

We accept payment via credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), via our secure payment gateway which automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an excryption key length of 128-bit (the highest level commercially available).

All personal information, address, email, credit card and banking details MUST be filled out correctly to ensure we can process your order efficiently and correctly.

Acceptance Of Order

Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and Fashionlife is satisfied with the integrity of the order.

Upon receipt of your order we will send you a confirmation email of your purchase. As soon as we receive full payment your order will be dispatched to you by the next business day. Please be advised that every country has varying customs laws and your product may incur other charges whilst in transit. Fashionlife is not responsible for these charges.

Pre Orders

Due new season arrivals may be offered for order before they have been released by the designer for sale. This opportunity ensures you will not miss out the product and pre-orders must be paid in full prior to release. An estimation of arrival date will be stated on the

product and the item will be shipped as soon as it is available. Fashionlife is not responsible for delays, cancellations or changes in pre-ordered items and should the item be deleted from production by the designer we will notify you immediately and a full refund will be given.

Cancellation

Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel the order. To return or exchange the item, please refer to the Fashionlife returns procedure.
