SHIPPING & DELIVERIES
Shipping is FREE to Australia & New Zealand!
And just because it's free that doesn't mean it should take a long time! Orders are dispatched on the same or following business day. Orders are sent using New Zealand Couriers. We endeavor to deliver your order overnight for residential deliveries, however please allow 1-3 days national delivery, 3-10 days international delivery allowing for circumstances beyond our control. This shipping method is fully tracked and traced. This service is door to door and your delivery will be left in a secure place if no one is home however, your place of work can be a preferred option if you know you won't be home.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Private Bags.
If you are a rural delivery customer shipping is still free however please allow 3+ days delivery.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and Fashionlife is satisfied with the integrity of the order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Should there be a dispatch delay for any reason you will be advised immediately.
The fixed rate for all international orders is $40NZD. Shipping times my vary.

Returns must be unused, unaltered, unwashed with all original tags in place. Fashionlife reserves the right to reject any item that does not meet these requirements.
Refunds will be issued by the same method as to which the purchase was made once condition approved.
SALE ITEMS - You are still welcome to return sale items to Fashionlife, however these returns are not free and eligible for a store credit only.
Fashionlife makes every effort to carefully examine each item before it is prepared for shipping. An item is deemed to be faulty if received damaged or where a manufacturing fault has occured. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. It is at the discretion of Fashionlife to determine fault. If you wish to return a faulty item please follow the return procedure. Fashionlife will make every effort to put right. In the event of this not being possible a full refund will be offered.
It will take up to 5 working days for a refund to appear on your bank statement.
