We endeavor to deliver your order overnight for residential deliveries, however please allow 1-3 days national delivery, 3-10 days international delivery allowing for circumstances beyond our control. This shipping method is fully tracked and traced. This service is door to door and your delivery will be left in a secure place if no one is home however, your place of work can be a preferred option if you know you won't be home.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Private Bags.
If you are a rural delivery customer shipping is still free however please allow 3+ days delivery.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and Fashionlife is satisfied with the integrity of the order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Should there be a dispatch delay for any reason you will be advised immediately.

RETURNS

FAULTY ITEMS
Fashionlife makes every effort to carefully examine each item before it is prepared for shipping. An item is deemed to be faulty if received damaged or where a manufacturing fault has occured. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. It is at the discretion of Fashionlife to determine fault.
